Shipping Policy
- Ready To Wear Collection: Delivered within 07 days of receiving your order.
- Made To Order Collection: Delivered within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Bespoke Orders: Delivered 30–60 days after your first consultation.
Shipping TimeDelivery times depend on your location. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping charges are only applicable to international orders — within Pakistan, all shipping is free.
Customs and DutiesFor international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Returns that don't meet these criteria may be refused.
Sale & Full-Price ItemsFor sale items, we're happy to offer a size exchange only. Unfortunately, the article/style itself cannot be exchanged. For full-price items, we offer an exchange or refund within 3 months of purchase, as long as the shoes are unused.

Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspecting the returned items.
