Although we hope every product delivered, meets your discerning requirements, in bespoke shoe making every millimetre must be perfect. On the rare occurrence that you may be dissatisfied with your article, simply give us a call or send us a message in the WhatsApp group that was created for you. We will arrange for your article to be collected at your convenience.

If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team. Call us on +92-300-8440505 as soon as possible with your order number.  For exchanges the item must be exchanged within 7 days of date of purchase with the original invoice/receipt. 

The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.

In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction. 

Item purchased will be exchanged at current selling price.

Note: If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original invoice.

Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation to be eligible for refund.
